FAQ

Our most asked Questions

I don't know which course is best to start with?
Thats what we are here for.  If you are not sure whats best for you, drop us a message and we will help you make the best decision for you and your business

Are the courses insurable?
Yes!  Our courses are accredited through ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists) who are one of the largest UK accrediting bodies.  You will be able to get insurance through most insurance companies.

Do I get certified on the day?
This depends on the course and if you reach the required standard to pass.  Some of our courses require case studies that need to be completed prior to certification.

What is a case study?
We may ask you to perform the treatment at home on a friend or family member and send us some photos of your completed work, or sometimes a video of you carrying out the treatment.

How old do I need to be to attend training?
You need to be 16 or over

Do you offer training on evenings or weekends?
Not currently I'm afraid.  Training is Monday to Friday.

Why do I need to provide a model for training?
I always want you to have the most out of your training, and spend as much time as possible with practical work.  With this in mind, I prefer that you work on a model so that you are not hanging around waiting for someone else to do the treatment on you,  Also, if we have students cancel on the training day, the fact that you have a model to work on, means that I will not have to cancel you due to lack of numbers.  Most students are also much more comfortable performing treatments, for the first time, on some they know well rather than a complete stranger.

Do you offer discounts?
We do offer combined courses that do offer a slight discount off the individual prices.  Check out some of our training packages for this.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the course booked you must let us know a minimum of 7 day before the course date or your payment will not be refunded.
