How is your training delivered?

All training is delivered 1-2-1 in a calm, professional environment.
This allows the training to be tailored to your experience level, pace, and learning style, with my full attention throughout the day.

Are your courses accredited?

Yes. Our training courses are fully accredited through Associated Beauty Therapists and Course Accreditation, allowing successful students to obtain insurance and legally offer treatments to members of the general public.

Accreditation details are listed on each individual course page. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the training.

Do I need previous experience to train with you?

This depends on the course.
Some treatments are suitable for beginners, while others require prior qualifications.
Each course page clearly outlines who the training is suitable for and any pre-course requirements. If you are unsure which course is right for you, please feel free to contact us before booking.

How do I book a course and secure my date

Courses can be booked through our online booking system by selecting your chosen course and available date. A £100 booking fee is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance payable prior to or on the day of training.

Will I need to bring a model?

Model requirements vary depending on the course.
Full details will be provided prior to training so you know exactly what to expect.

Students are required to source and bring their own model for the practical portion of the training. Models are not provided by the academy.

How do I know which course is right for me?

If you’re unsure which course best suits your goals, you’re welcome to get in touch before booking and I’ll be happy to advise.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. A £100 booking fee is required to secure your training date and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Any remaining balance paid may be transferred to a future course date at our discretion, provided sufficient notice is given.

Full cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Where is training held?

Training is delivered from my private training studio in Llantwit Fardre.
Full location details are provided upon booking.

Do you offer ongoing support after training?

Yes. Ongoing guidance and support are available following your course to help you build confidence as you begin working with clients.
