Please note: This item is non-refundable and is intended for customers who have already received an original certificate. Re-issues are not eligible for changes or edits once printed.

  • Full Name (as you’d like it to appear on the certificate)
  • Course Completed
  • Date of Completion

  • We understand that certificates can sometimes be lost or misplaced, which is why we offer the option to request a re-issue—either as a physical copy or a digital PDF.

    By purchasing a certificate re-issue, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Eligibility

    • Certificate re-issues are available only to individuals who have previously completed and received an original certificate from us.

    • We reserve the right to verify completion records before fulfilling any re-issue request.

    2. Types of Re-Issues

    • Physical Certificate (£10): Professionally printed and posted to your address.

    • Digital PDF Certificate (£5): Sent via email in high-resolution PDF format.

    3. Required Information

    To process your request, you must provide:

    • Full Name (as you'd like it on the certificate)

    • Course Completed

    • Date of Completion

    Missing or incorrect information may delay processing.

    4. No Refunds or Revisions

    • All re-issue orders are final and non-refundable.

    • We do not accept responsibility for incorrect information (e.g., misspellings, wrong date) submitted by the customer.

    • No edits or replacements will be made after the certificate has been issued.

    5. Delivery

    • Physical certificates are dispatched within 1-3 working days and sent via standard post.

    • Digital certificates are delivered to the email provided at checkout within 1–3 business days.
