Service Description

This course is a combination of two of our popular advanced massage treatments The Course includes: Hot Stones Therapy Deep Tissue Massage On successful completion of each module you will receive a 2 fully accredited certificates which will allow you to gain insurance and enable you to offer these treatments to clients. This Course is run over 1 day and numbers are kept small to ensure you have full supervision and guidance throughout. Each module comes with a details manual explaining Anatomy and Physiology, Health and Safety and treatment procedures. We also offer full back up and support to all our students which is ongoing for as long as required after completion of the training. You will receive full ongoing support and mentoring after your training. Course Contents The origins of hot stone massage Theoretical and practical study of the benefits, effects and application Benefits and effects of this therapy on the body Treatment room preparation Consultations, contraindications, medical referral, health, safety & hygiene Practical demonstrations and hands on experience Independent / impartial advice relating to equipment, marketing and price structure Study of aftercare of your clients Please note: all equipment will be provided on the course. If you wish us to provide you with recommendations of equipment, please ask at the time of booking. Duration- 1 day Pre Requisites - Body Massage Qualification Model Required - You will need to provide your own model . The model will be required from 11 am onwards (she is welcome to attend with you) Qualifications- Hot and Marine Stones Massage , Deep Tissue Massage Awarding Body - Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT) Total Price- £350 (including £100 booking fee - please see T&C's) You will receive: Step by Step Manual Fully Insurable ABT Accredited Certificates Please contact us if the scheduled dates are not suitable for you.
