Hopi ear candling (also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy) is a gentle non- invasive treatment of the ears that is widely used all over the world to treat a variety of conditions. This treatment provides a relaxing and soothing experience for your client. Hopi ear candles are hollow tubes traditionally made from organically grown flax, extracts of honey, beeswax and various herbal oils. Ear candles can help with the treatment of earache, ear wax, irritation of the ears, sinusitis, rhinitis and tinnitus. They can also be useful for the treatment of headaches and migraines, and have been shown to relieve hay-fever This course is available for beginners with no previous experience to advanced therapists. You will receive full ongoing support and mentoring after your training. Course Contents The history of ear candles Functions of the ear Recognise the main bones and muscles of the skull, sinuses and sinus conditions Understand contra-indications of this treatment Understand the structure of the candle Understand and explain how the candles work Client consultation Practical Session Know how to conduct a treatment Safety precautions before, during and after treatment After-care advice Duration- 1 day Pre Requisites - This Course is suitable for a complete beginner. Model Required - You will need to provide your own model .
