Service Description

You will learn all about the structure of the nails, how nails grow and much more. This is an excellent treatment to offer clients as it is a treatment for which clients return every two to four weeks. This course concentrates on natural nail care. Learning how to nourish the natural nail and the skin of the hands and feet. You will learn how to really pamper your clients with scrubs, massage and masks enabling you to provide a really indulgent treatment. Learning how to carry out a manicure and pedicure is an essential skill for any beauty and mobile therapist and it is one of the most requested and highest earning beauty treatments in today's beauty industry. All products are provided for your use during this course. This course does NOT cover Gel Polish Application. You will receive full ongoing support and mentoring after your training. Course Contents History and benefits of Manicures and Pedicures Products and Equipment required Contraindications Consultations Hygiene and Health & Safety Anatomy and Physiology Nail diseases and disorders Massage Routine Nail Filing and Shaping Cuticle Work Application of scrubs Hand and arm/foot and leg massage Application of masks Hard skin removal from feet Polish Application Aftercare and Advice Duration- 1 day Pre Requisites - This Course is suitable for a complete beginner. Model Required - You will need to provide your own model . The model will be required from 10.30 am onwards (she is welcome to attend with you). She will need natural nails on hands and feet with no product on them.
