Our Skin Specialist Training Package is a comprehensive pathway for those looking to build a career in professional skincare. Combining essential skin and facial therapy knowledge with LED, dermaplaning, chemical peels and microneedling, the programme blends in-depth pre-course learning with two days of private one-to-one practical training, giving you the knowledge, skills and confidence to begin offering a professional range of skin treatments.

Each treatment is taught with a focus on skin health, barrier-first care, and refined, results-driven delivery.

This programme is fully accredited through Course Accreditation and ABT , allowing successful students to obtain insurance and legally offer this treatment to members of the general public

You will receive certification for each treatment covered within the programme, allowing you to offer these services professionally within your business. This includes five accredited certificates: Facial Therapy and Skincare, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and LED Light Therapy, allowing you to confidently offer a complete, advanced facial treatment within your business.

Ongoing support is included as part of your training. Students have continued access to guidance following the course, including support via email and Instagram, to help build confidence and answer questions as they begin offering the treatment professionally

Why This Course Is Different

Facial training is often delivered in group settings, where time and attention must be divided between multiple students. This can limit observation, correction, and deeper understanding of skin and product use.

This course is delivered on a one-to-one basis, allowing:

  • every stage of the facial to be closely observed

  • hand positioning, pressure, and technique to be corrected in real time

  • product selection and layering to be fully explained

  • treatments to be adapted to suit different skin types and conditions

Rather than following a rigid, scripted routine, you will learn how to think like a facial therapist, understanding why products are chosen and how to respond to the skin in front of you.

This level of depth is not possible in shorter, group-based courses and is designed to prepare you for real clients, not just certification.

    • introduce basic theory and safety concepts

    • allow more time on the day for practical learning

    The pre-course reading is supportive and straightforward. There is no assessment or testing involved.

  • A model is required for this course.

    • Students are responsible for providing their own model

    • The model must be available for the full training day

    • Full guidance will be provided in advance regarding suitability and preparation

    Working on a live model allows technique, pressure, and skin response to be assessed accurately, helping build confidence from day one.

  • One of the benefits of one-to-one training is the opportunity to discuss the practical side of starting out professionally.

    As part of this course, time is set aside to cover essential business guidance, helping you feel clearer and more confident about your next steps after training.
